Office Equipment: Printer, Copier, Fax

Xerox WorkCentre

The business office has a Xerox WorkCentre 7346 in EH2215.  It is a double-sided printer, scanner, fax, and copier combo unit with the ability to automatically staple.

  • Accounting: You need a 4-digit access code to access the WorkCentre.  To get the code, talk to Kathy Fritsch 4-9780 in the business office.  Faculty can pick their preferred code (which should be unique); TAs can get the code for the courses.
  • Scanner:  Scanning is free.  The typical way is to select the scanning function and have the scanned file emailed to your account.
  • Printing:  faculty can print to the printer directly from their computer.
  • Installing the EECS Dept Printer: Instructions

Fax Machines

A number of fax machines are available in various rooms, but they are being phased out. Instead, the Xerox WorkCentre in EH 2215 should be used. The fax number is (949) 824-4152.

3D Printers

The department does not support 3D printers, but individual labs may have 3D printers.  3D printing is supported on campus at
