This is to solicit your ideas on the big group proposal that Kumar is asking for during the upcoming EECS Faculty retreat.
possible ideas include
- target scale: funding amount, size of team
- research topics, nature of work
- funding agencies and programs to target
- scale of proposal
- strength of CpE group
- involvement of outside expertise and broader impact
- examples of successful proposals at peer institutions
